John A. Ward who is a former teacher at Tucson High Magnet School seems to think so in an opinion piece he wrote for the Tucson Citizen entitled Guest opinion: Raza studies gives rise to racial hostility.

Coherent Thought hates all forms of racism especially when they’re being taught by our public schools.
