That’s right, apparently a lot of scientist have been covering up or messing with data to prove global warming or disprove that it does not exist!
Climategate: the final nail in the coffin of ‘Anthropogenic Global Warming’?
This is just amazing! Score one for Common Sense!

I’m all for promoting good health but this seems a little ridiculous and is a perfect example of where the liberal progressives are headed with universal health care.
Instead of educating today’s youth the liberal colleges of America have seen fit to indoctrinate them with the liberal ideals to further the progressive movement in America. I think a Lincoln student said it best, “It’s not up to Lincoln to tell me how much my BMI should be. I came here to get a degree and that’s what the administration should be concerned with.” That’s what Sophomore Lousie Kaddie said in response to this new mandate from the school.
I’m sure the argument could be made that this will make more well-rounded students but isn’t that already the problem anyway.

Top White House Official Says Obama Team ‘Controlled’ Media Coverage During Campaign
I can’t say that this really surprises me. I was pretty sure this was taking place then and most likely is still taking place now. What opportunity do we have of knowing the real truth if we don’t even know what is going on in the Obama White House. Couple this with the fact that reporters are not allowed in Gitmo like they once were. People thought the Bush Administrations was bad but the Obama Administration takes the proverbial cake on this topic. I guess when Obama spoke of transparency he only meant that we wouldn’t be able to see anything.

I think it is a little absurd to be award a man who has been President a matter of months the Nobel Peace Prize. Apparently I am not the only one who thinks this.
Praise and skepticism greet Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize
In that piece it seems a Democrat agrees with me.
Gideon Rachman, a foreign affairs columnist for The Financial Times, wrote an online blog under the headline “What did Obama do to win the Nobel Peace Prize?”
“I am a genuine admirer of Obama. And I am very pleased that George W. Bush is no longer president. But I doubt that I am alone in wondering whether this award is slightly premature. It is hard to point to a single place where Obama’s efforts have actually brought about peace - Gaza, Iran, Sri Lanka?
“While it is OK to give school children prizes for ‘effort’ — my kids get them all the time — I think international statesmen should probably be held to a higher standard,” he wrote.
I think our society has built up this type of mentality though. Like Gideon said, we do this for kids in school so why shouldn’t someone like Obama expect he “A” for effort. So we’ll throw him a Nobel Peace Prize for thinking about maybe doing something in regards to peace. I guess it could also be the consolation prize for not bringing the Olympics to Chicago.
